Where are you located?
7321 Madison Street in Forest Park, IL. We are on the corner of Madison Street & Circle Avenue, just a 5 minute walk to the CTA Blue or Green Line.
Do you allow dogs and/or pets?
No.
Do you have food?
Yes we do! Bobby's Eastside is now serving food. Kitchen hours are Monday – Friday, 3PM – 9:30PM / Saturday & Sunday 11AM – 9:30PM. Outside food is prohibited, though to-go orders may be brought into shows.
Do you accept table reservations?
No, we only accept reservations if it is included as a ticket type for a concert.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Outside of private rentals, decorations are not permitted. If you are interested in renting Robert's Westside for a full building buyout, please fill out our event form.
What is your bag/backpack/purse policy?
All bags are subject to search. Any contents (outside liquor, drugs, weapons, etc.) found that are not allowed in the venue will be confiscated.
What is your camera policy?
No Flash Photography. No Audio Recording of any kind. No Video Recording of any kind. No Detachable Lens Cameras without prior approval.

Do I need to download the DICE App to attend a concert?
If you want to guarantee entry to a concert, you will need to purchase an advance ticket through our website and download the DICE App.

Are there any hotels in the nearby area?
The closest hotel is The Carleton Of Oak Park located at 1110 Pleasant St, Oak Park, IL 60302.
I left my credit card at Robert's Westside. When can I pick it up?
Please come between 3PM-6PM to retrieve your card. All open credit card tabs are subject to a 25% auto-gratuity.
Is Robert's Westside ADA accessible?
Robert's Westside is an ADA compliant bar and music venue with accessible seating and restrooms.
Are there seats?
The venue offers various seating options; reserved seating requires specific ticket types. Accessibility accommodations are available upon request.
What are your hours?
Monday 6PM–11PM; Tuesday–Wednesday 3PM–11PM; Thursday 3PM–12AM; Friday 3PM–1AM; Saturday 11AM–1AM; Sunday 11AM–11PM. Happy hours Tuesday–Friday 4PM–6PM.
Is Robert's Westside 21+? Do I have to show ID to get in?
Yes and yes. Robert's Westside is 21+. A valid, government-issued ID is required to enter the premises.
Do you have parking?
We do not have dedicated parking on site for patrons, however, there is ample street parking on Madison Street.
Do you have an ATM?
No.
Do you have a coat check?
No, but we have hooks located under the bar and on the north end of the venue.
Can I get tickets to a sold out show?
We occasionally release tickets to sold-out shows based on the number of no-shows we have. Check our social media for announcements.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
We do not issue refunds or offer ticket exchanges. All sales are final.
